Simulation-Based Tracking Test and Optimization of Large-Tonnage Box Girder Transport with Trolley on an Erected Bridge

In the construction of large-tonnage box girder, load girder transport is generally greater than operating in highway industry; therefore, it a crucial task to carry out accurate simulation and optimization on bearing girder. For this purpose, refined modeling method 40 m/1270t studied first paper, followed by detailed stress analysis considering impact coefficient vehicles most unfavorable conditions. Tracking tests dead load, prestressed have shown that calculated values obtained models are very close measured values. Based dynamic strain test at speed 4 km/h, four estimated be 1.08 its value meets requirements no more 1.1 provided vehicle manufacturer. Aimed tensile midspan section, optimized geometry m with less concrete longitudinal tendons. These results demonstrate plausibility validity proposed research methods schemes for transport.
